Bitcoin ETF Inflows Hit $176M as BTC Rebounds Above $80K
US-listed spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds attracted approximately $176 million in net inflows on Tuesday, marking a second consecutive day of renewed investor demand, according to SoSoValue. Combined Monday and Tuesday inflows reached $286 million, a sharp reversal following nearly $774 million in withdrawals on Thursday and Friday. October’s net outflows narrowed to about $26 million, while year-to-date inflows stood at roughly $850 million.
Bitcoin traded near $80,818 at the time of publication, up 1.6% over the previous 24 hours, according to CoinGecko. Market sentiment also improved as Alternative.me’s Crypto Fear & Greed Index rose to 51 from 48. The reading remained in neutral territory and was still below the 63-point threshold for “Greed” recorded a week earlier.
The recovery in Bitcoin ETF demand contrasted with continued weakness in Ether funds. US spot Ether ETFs recorded approximately $149 million in combined net outflows on Monday and Tuesday, extending a four-week losing streak. Ether ETFs’ October outflows reached $1.32 billion through Tuesday, putting the month on course for the largest net withdrawal total since November 2025.
The divergent flows highlight investors’ renewed appetite for Bitcoin exposure amid a modest price rebound, although sustained ETF demand and a sustained improvement in market sentiment will be needed to confirm a broader rally.
