Bitcoin ETFs Pull $608M as Ether ETFs Log Biggest Daily Inflow Since October

US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds attracted $608.3 million in net inflows on Thursday, extending their positive streak to four consecutive sessions and pushing August's total to a 2026 high of $2.07 billion, according to SoSoValue data. The funds drew $297.6 million on Monday, $189.3 million on Tuesday, and $517.2 million on Wednesday before Thursday's surge. Cumulative net inflows across all US spot Bitcoin ETFs now stand at $53.4 billion, with seven trading sessions remaining in August.

The inflows coincided with a broader price rally, as Bitcoin traded at $75,133 at the time of writing on Friday, up 7.9% over the previous 24 hours, according to CoinGecko. Ether climbed 4.6% to approximately $2,357 during the same period. With August inflows already surpassing April's $1.97 billion figure, the month is on track to become the strongest for Bitcoin ETF accumulation this year.

Spot Ether ETFs recorded their largest single-day net intake since October 2025, pulling in $220.8 million on Thursday across 203 trading sessions spanning 296 calendar days. The previous high came on October 28, 2025, when Ether ETFs drew roughly $246 million. Weekly Ether ETF inflows have reached approximately $512.2 million across four sessions, lifting August's total to about $754.9 million and bringing total net assets in the category to $13.58 billion. The coordinated inflows across both Bitcoin and Ether products signal renewed institutional appetite as crypto markets push higher.
