Bloomberg Terminal Adds Onchain Stablecoin Dashboard Powered by Allium
Bloomberg has integrated a new stablecoin dashboard into its Terminal platform, providing financial professionals with direct access to onchain data for the first time on the service. The dashboard, powered by blockchain analytics provider Allium, delivers hourly data on stablecoin supply, issuance, transfers, and activity across multiple blockchain networks.
The new tool covers stablecoins with more than $100 million in circulation, which Bloomberg says represents over 98% of the total market. Terminal users can compare stablecoins by supply, mints, burns, transfer volume, and velocity, with the ability to break down activity by blockchain network and peg type, including fiat currencies and commodities. Access is available through the RWAS
The launch comes as the stablecoin market capitalization has surged past $306 billion, according to DeFiLlama data, with Tether's USDT accounting for roughly 60% of the total. Bloomberg has carried Bitcoin pricing on the Terminal since 2014 and currently provides pricing, reference data, identifiers, and benchmarks for 50 cryptocurrencies. The Terminal is widely used by banks, asset managers, and institutional traders for real-time market data, analytics, and trading execution.
The integration signals growing institutional demand for transparent, real-time stablecoin analytics as the asset class becomes an increasingly important part of global financial infrastructure. By embedding onchain data within a platform already trusted by traditional finance professionals, Bloomberg is positioning itself as a bridge between decentralized stablecoin markets and conventional capital markets workflows.
