REX Launches 2x Leveraged ASSX ETF Tracking Bitcoin Treasury Firm Strive

REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management have launched a new leveraged exchange-traded fund tied to Strive, the publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company and asset manager. The T-REX 2X Long ASST Daily Target ETF began trading on Friday under the ticker ASSX on Cboe, offering traders 200% of Strive's daily share-price performance before fees and expenses. Unlike spot Bitcoin ETFs, ASSX does not hold any Bitcoin directly, instead providing magnified exposure to Strive's equity. The fund resets its leverage daily, a structure that means returns over multi-day periods can diverge sharply from twice Strive's actual performance.

Strive currently holds 25,000 BTC, placing it as the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder according to BitcoinTreasuries.NET. The company financed its most recent 469 BTC purchase through sales of SATA, its perpetual preferred stock instrument. REX and Tuttle noted that ASSX joins a growing lineup of similar 2x daily-target ETFs linked to other crypto-adjacent equities, including Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), BitMine, Cipher Mining, Circle, and SharpLink.

Strive shares jumped 6.4% on Friday to close at $30.09, modestly above the $29.40 average 12-month price target among analysts tracked by S&P Global. The launch of ASSX adds another leveraged trading vehicle for investors looking to amplify bets on corporate Bitcoin treasuries without holding the underlying asset, further expanding the intersection of traditional ETF products and the crypto economy.
