Telegram to Become TON Largest Validator, Durov Says

Pavel Durov announced Telegram will replace the TON Foundation as the driving force behind The Open Network and become its largest validator. Toncoin rose 33.8% after the announcement. Fees dropped 6x to nearly zero as part of the Make TON Great Again plan.
